Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For large or specialty appliances, white-glove delivery options may be available and will be quoted separately.

4. Returns and Refunds

Product returns are subject to our return policy and individual manufacturer policies. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Warranty

Products sold through our Site are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.ChefPro Appliancesdoes not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for warranty details on specific products.
